From Retail to Restaurant Proposal in London

DMP have recently submitted detailed planning proposals to the Royal Borough of Greenwich Council. This is to combine a series of retail units, through “Change of Use”, from retail to restaurant. New shop fronts and structural alterations have been included.

As we await the outcome, DMP are presently working with structural engineers to finalise a scheme for combining the units and liaising with various consultants to deliver up a shell unit from shop fronts, intent for a prospective tenant’s attention.

One of our project partners, Glass Canvas, is currently preparing a CGI for the end product as part of the marketing promotion.
