Planning submitted for Retail Space in Worthing

A planning application has been submitted to provide a new secondary entrance to a large retail space in the centre of Worthing.

The new access arrangement will allow the space to be divided up into a self-contained retail unit at ground floor and proposed Dentist Surgery to the upper parts.
