Preparation of Land Registry, Lease Plans and EPC in Staplehurst.

DMP have been asked by one of our longstanding property investment clients to undertake a detailed measured survey of a large retail unit with maisonettes over in Staplehurst, Kent.

As instructed we have provided the client with EPCs for the residential units, a commercial EPC, detailed floor plans for the retail and residential space and updated Land Registry Compliant Plans/Lease Plans for new retail lease and ongoing sale of the site.
