Preparation of a Terminal Schedule on behalf of the Landlord in Tunbridge Wells

DMP have prepared a Schedule of dilapidations on behalf of the landlord on termination of the lease. The schedule was serviced through the landlord’s solicitors and DMP led the negotiations agreeing to a claim of £90,000.
