Prior Approval “GRANTED”
by Royal Borough of Greenwich

DMP on behalf of returning client have sought granted Prior Approval for the change of use of vacant retail storage at 1st and 2nd floors to provide 2 self-contained flats in Woolwich.

On our recommendation, a Prior Approval Application was submitted to Royal Borough of Greenwich for the change of use from retail to residential as our client would gain approval quicker and more efficiently due to the specific type of development.

DMP prepared the necessary supporting drawings and planning statement incorporating details relating to transport impacts, contamination and flooding.
