Progressing Well…. Phase II Bromley High Street

Following on from our newsfeed on the 13th December with the completion of Phase I works in Bromley High Street, DMP have been assisting the client and QS in monitoring the works with respect Phase II.

DMP have been providing all the necessary Building and Construction drawings, liaising with Approved Inspectors and third party consultants and ensuring timely delivery of all the statutory supplies. Responsible for the Principal Designer Role, DMP complete weekly inspections to ensure detailing and specification requirements are successfully achieved.

Works are progressing well with a view to the Contractor completing in early Spring 2019

DMP can provide Turn-Key Packages from planning stage through to handling over the keys on completion. We operate in both Residential and Commercial sectors from extensions to delivery of a mixed use scheme.
