Swimming Pool Project
Great progress is made with the new swimming pool project on site at West Heath School, Sevenoaks. DMP role as Contract Administrators and Architectural Consultants.
Across the country and wider, we are seeing an increase with lead-in times on materials and significant increased prices. However, the main contractor on site has progressed well. Importantly, the contractor has found alternative ways to manage any delays, with an ever changing programme to meet the project requirements.
The erection of all external walls is now complete, with the insulated profile roofing sheets to be installed shortly.
The pools main infrastructure works have been undertaken and completed to allow the closing of the main pool hall shortly. This saw the delivery of a brand new Calroex unit which had to be craned in through the roof of the building. Specifically programmed with the weather and installation of the new roof installation.
Works are targeted to complete in the late February 2022.
