Retail Conversion Progressing

Following on from our newsfeed 15th June, the redevelopment of 90/92 South Road is continuing at a pace in order to meet completion of the first phase in mid August and remaining phase in November.
It is proposed the first phase comprising of the ground and part first floor commercial accommodation to be handed over to Loungers in order they can commence their fit out and open in Autumn 2022.
The new roof structures are complete and wind and water tight awaiting to receive tiling and final membranes.
First fix plumbing and electrics are complete with internal alterations to form five new flats at first and second floors ongoing.
Over the next week new windows to be installed. In addition, re-render to front elevation and curtain walling cladding to commence.
