DMP were approached by an International Language School who had taken on this fine building to undertake a full Building Survey of the main buildingĀ
As a part of their business cash-flow our clients required DMP to establish the likely liability for repairs over the next 20 years and set up a programme for ongoing pre-planned and preventative maintenance; ensuring safety for the building and most importantly its students.
The DMP Solution
Following a detailed inspection of the building, DMP were able to report and identify the elements of essential repair and maintenance, outline the scope of the works, as well as cost the operations to complete the school’s cash-flow forecasts. We were able to provide the Client with a Pre-Planned Maintenance Schedule as our solution.
