Quick Update – Belgrove House Tunbridge Wells

Quick update on our Clients Grade II listed property, Belgrove House, Tunbridge Wells.

DMP have successfully submitted a Listed Building Consent application for a new boundary brick wall. This handsome four bedroom Georgian town house is located in the heart of Tunbridge Wells adjacent to popular Grove Park.

We are awaiting the results from the local planning department. Our talented planning team have produced a number of detailed planning packs for listed building consent over the past year for this particular Clients renovation works. We are confident this will be another successful application approval.
