DMP have the pleasure of undertaking a full building and acquisition survey of a beautifully three bedroom detached family home.

Located on the Eastern side of Tunbridge Wells, and fully refurbished to a high standard by the current vendors. Including full window replacement, internal alterations, new bathroom and ensuite, new kitchen and underfloor heating to the whole of the ground floor.

Furthermore, to the exterior of the property the front and rear gardens have been landscaped. Specifically with black limestone paving, decking area and even includes a sunken hot tub.

In summary, due to the level of refurbishment of the property only minor defects were found. Predominately to the attic and external fabric of the building.
