Residential ‘Change of Use’ Application for Montague Street, Worthing
On behalf of an Investment Company, instructions were provided to obtain ‘Change of Use’ Planning Permission on a substantial and prominent retail premises in Worthing town centre.
The ‘Change of Use’ will allow the upper parts to be converted into multiple residential accommodations whilst retaining a retail unit at ground floor level.
