DMP is instructed to provide “as existing” drawings to assist our client carry out internal alterations and extension to their house.
Initial stage was to complete a measured survey on the property and issue existing floorplans and elevations.
Furthermore, to provide architectural consultancy services to undertake detailed scheme drawings, thus provide our client with a more desirable contemporary family home for modern living.
The existing drawings will form the basis for scheme development, planning drawings and building regulation drawings.
We look forward to progressing this over the coming weeks.
4 Key Stages of Successful Planning & Development
1st stage – Measured Survey – this picks up the “as existing” floor plans, basic site plan outline and elevations/indicative section through the building.
2nd stage – Scheme Development – detailed design of floor layout and elevations.
3rd stage – Householder Planning Submission. Prepare supporting planning letter and submission to local council.
4th stage – Building Regulations – satisfy and obtain building regulations approval from local council or via private Approved Inspector. Information can / will be passed to building contractor for pricing.
Data from March 2021 to March 2022, DMP proudly achieves 86.4% successful Planning Application outcomes. Working with 13 Councils across London and Southeast.
