Our client previously appointed DMP to obtain a certificate of lawful development for a proposed loft conversion. Of which DMP successfully gained a certificate of lawful development for the proposed works.
Wyndcliff Road is a mid-terraced 4-bedroom Victorian property. During the construction of the loft conversion, complications arose so that alterations had to be made to the proposal. As a result of this, it meant our client needed to gain retrospective planning permission for the loft conversion.
DMP architectural team prepared pre-existing drawings, existing drawings and a supporting statement to give context. In addition, DMP prepared a Full Planning Application and submitted the drawings and statement alongside the application to Greenwich Borough Council.
We monitored the application until the decision date and successfully gained approval for the retrospective loft conversion.
