Instructed on behalf of a private property investment company. DMP travelled to Cornwall to carry out a Measured Survey on a High Street retail property.
The commercial property located in Market Street, Falmouth, spanned the basement and ground floor. With residential accommodation to first and second floors. The building constructed of beautiful Cornish stonework, and boasting stunning views across the river Fal.
With a sense of urgency, our client required accurate floor plans with elevations.
Our surveyors ensured to precisely capture the internal and external dimensions of the existing elements. Utilizing the information gathered on site, our in-house Architectural Technicians are able to develop plans, elevations and sections.
Furthermore, during the inspection, our surveyors identified some immediate and essential repairs required to the overall property. In particular, blocked below and above ground drainage. This has been highlighted to our client in order for works to be actioned immediately.
