Retail Planning Permission Submitted on Wimbledon High Street
DMP have submitted on behalf of a returning client planning permission for new shop front installations and extensions to three self contained retail units on Wimbledon High Street. The units are on the doorstep of Wimbledon common.
Of course, during our site visit, DMP eagle eyed team were on the look out for a womble or two……
Our brief is to ensure the vacant retail accommodation is first off the line for any future lettings by any prospective retail tenant. Therefore prepared proposals to meet the clients budget and possible future lettings.
DMP’s in house team of CIAT Architectural Technicians have prepared the detailed planning drawings to reflect the local street scene. Furthermore, the requirements of Merton Council Shop Front Design Guide and tailored a design in order it is acceptable to all possible retail uses of the part vacant and occupied retail units.
We look forward to receiving a decision over the next few weeks with a view works are administered by DMP during the summer months.
