Following our newsfeed of 23rd May 2022 DMP having completed roof survey and internal visual inspection providing client detailed report for recommendation of external repairs we are now monitoring internal and external repairs.
On behalf of our client, DMP approached local and reputable roofing contractors contained within our Approved Suppliers List, obtaining three comprehensive quotations for the works. Once an agreed price was established DMP instructed the contractor.
DMP having originally costed the remedial repairs are keeping a close on the ongoing works. Some of which was priced by the contractor on a budget price. Until exposed or agreed further remedial works are established, we are ensuring all reinstatement of roof detailing and repairs meet a high standard of finish on this fine Georgian property.
