Schedule of Condition Survey needed for a historically significant Grade 1* listed building in Faversham

DMP was contacted to produce a Schedule of Condition survey in advance of planned engineering works to record the current condition of the building as the planned works could pose a detrimental effect to the property.

The record needed to be both comprehensive and sufficiently accurate to monitor any movement in the building during the works.
