Schedule of Dilapidations on 16,000 Square Foot Property in Bristol

We have recently completed and submitted to our client a Schedule of Dilapidations for a large 16,000 square foot retail property in Bristol.

Having reported our findings to our client, we have now served the schedule on a National Food retailer for negotiations with respect to an extension to the existing lease.
