The purchase of and use of a listed property requires a specialist approach. A listed building is recorded on a national register as a property of architectural or historical importance or interest.

DMP have worked on a number of listed buildings requiring an approach which duly keeps the historic importance of the building, whilst using modern or traditional methods of construction to protect and extend the life of the property.

Importantly, liaison with the local conservation officers and working closely with master builders are requirements which ensure that a high quality end product is achieved.
