Specialist Advice on a Grade II Listed Property in Fordcombe

DMP undertook a building survey at a handsome Grade II listed property in Fordcombe village, a beautiful village in the garden of England.

The attractive property, full of character, constructed circa 1450 nestled in beautifully sculpted and manicured gardens.

During the detailed survey it was sadly found in a part dilapidated condition. Our specialists surveyor met with the new purchaser to discuss what works are required to restore the property. A focus was to include the use of traditional building methods and traditional materials. In addition, DMP discussed proposed plans for maintaining this stunning property for future years.
