SUCCESSFUL: Permitted Development GRANTED on Bromley High Street

We are pleased to share that permitted development is recently obtained from Bromley Borough Council.

This is for the conversion of former offices at first and second floor to provide 4 no. one bedroom flats in Bromley.

Furthermore, planning application now submitted in same property for a further 2 no. two bedroom. This will be new build flats to rear of site and proposed roof extension at third floor.

Importantly, this exciting project was award to DMP due to our local knowledge, expertise and relationships in Bromley High Street. Additional services being used by our client, we are also preparing building regulation drawings and administering the contract.
