Tunbridge Wells Flat conversion progress on Mount Ephraim

Following on from our newfeeds of 22nd December works are progressing extremely well on the conversion of former offices on Mount Ephriam to provide ten studio, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments.

We are working with the Contractor and client in order to offer a one bedroom show flat during February to enable viewings for potential sales of the flats under the ‘Help to Buy’ scheme.

DMP have also been working with the client to prepare detailed planning drawings for an extension to the existing building to provide a further three flats or two mews houses which are both currently with Tunbridge Wells Borough Council for determination.

DMP are instructed by the contractor on a Design & Build basis and are preparing the updated construction drawing and along the way picking up small tweaks being made to layouts to maximise the clients return.
