Building works are near completion. Recent activity, the ceiling fitted using a MF plasterboard shadow gap ceiling and suspended lay-in tile ceiling with all AC cassettes installed.
Providing a fresh new uPVC framed, double-glazed casement windows.
The project is now programmed for decorating. Specifically, to all walls, ceiling and door finishes and installation of new entrance doors and flooring over the coming weeks.
We anticipate to handover to the pre-let occupier in Spring 2022.
