UPDATE: Completion of Phase 1 on Bromley High Street!

Following our news feed on the 14th August we are pleased to confirm Practical Completion has been achieved.  Thus enabling the landlord  works to provide an enhanced and fully refurbished retail area in the heart of Bromley High Street.

DMP have provided a range of specialist services including; Architectural Consultancy, Principal Designer and lead consultant role during the phase 1 contract. Our involvement also included a protracted process with the local authority and planning. Working closely with the authorities DMP secured a successful planning outcome.

In addition, phase II of the project, lasting approx 17 weeks, to convert the upper parts providing a further 3 x two bedroom flats is underway.

Once again, our colleagues at Wenham O’Brien shall be administering the phase II contract. DMP specifically providing the Architectural and Principal Designer services throughout.
