UPDATE: Mount Ephriam Mews Cottage

Following on from our news feed of 3rd August we are pleased to advise works have been progressing well on Mount Ephraim. DMP are design and building a two bedroom cottage as an additional project, after recently completing a profitable ten apartment scheme on same site.

The contractor is due to handover the mews cottage prior to Christmas.

DMP have been undertaking weekly inspections on behalf of the developer to ensure the Design & Build specification is being adhered to.

In addition, works have involved a new extension, complete new roof structure and conservation roof lights. Plus bespoke windows / doors and careful consideration to final internal fitting out.

The cottage shall provide a unique layout of an lofty entrance hallway leading to a vaulted and spacious reception room. This leading to a ground floor bedroom with en-suite and access one of two courtyards.

Furthermore, DMP has made careful consideration on the layout and space planning. In particular the use of natural light as the cottage is limited to only three principle elevations. Therefore seven conservation style roof lights flood the ground and first floor with natural light.
