Victorian Development Moving Forward in Wallington

Our newsfeed of the 6th January reported we had undertaken a measured survey and preparation of Building Regulations drawings for four storey Victorian property in Wallington, Surrey.

DMP are now currently monitoring the activity and pleased to see works undertaken to a high quality. The development to provide new retail offering, three one bed flats and potential ‘Live Work Unit’ which is currently subject to planning. With this intention of works being completed Summer 2020.

On behalf of the client we recommended the appointment of Harwood Approved Inspectors to oversee the Building Regulations approval.
