More Works Set to Take Place on Powis Street, Woolwich!

As part of our ever growing presence in Woolwich, we have planning permission for the change of use and conversion of a property on Powis Street.

The scheme will see the creation of one no.2 bed and one no.1 bed flats to the upper parts and the installation of a new shop front at ground floor level.

After securing planning permission, we have worked to secure competitive tenders for our clients’ review with a view for works to start in the early summer and completion due towards the end of 2016.
